Nutella Sandwich Cookies

What could possibly make the world’s most perfect sugar cookie even better?Nutella Sandwich Cookies

Nutella. Just a theory. Except not anymore. I tested it – according to the scientific method, of course – and proved that this is a really, really good idea. What to do? Use the sugar cookie recipe from yesterday, and dye the dough whatever holiday color you like (or don’t). These cookies are about the size of a madeleine and I’d say I used about a tablespoon of Nutella between each cookie. Enjoy.
