Five Tips for Feasting Like A Pro
Feast like a pro, with these tips from a 5-year veteran!
Last night Brigette and I worked for several hours to prep delicious food for the Portland Food Swap next weekend (details are here). I’m so excited!
We made several pounds of gnocchi, pickled carrots and onions (the onions are my FAVE but I’m excited to try the carrots- that’s a new one). Brigette is also bringing her homemade kombucha. Now that the good are done, it’s time to package them up and make them look pretty! Well, the pickles are already pretty. But I’m thinking some ribbon would be appropriate. (Is there a time when ribbon isn’t appropriate? I didn’t think so!).
Anywho, working many hours in the kitchen combined with an 8 a.m. eye doctor appointment = no new recipe for today. I’m ready to get back on it tomorrow, though! See you then.
