Five Ingredient Mini-Quiches
One of my favorite breakfast and lunch treats - miniaturized and made in a muffin tin.
It’s finally the holiday weekend! It feels so weird/nice to be sitting at my kitchen table blogging at 10 a.m. on a Friday. I have a feeling the days ahead will be fun, restorative and full of time spent with friends.
I don’t know about you, but I am not planning on hosting anything this particular weekend – I’m just attending. So I’m on the hunt for recipes that are easy to share, require minimal cooking and can stand to be made ahead and brought on location. Featuring seasonal produce is, of course, a plus 🙂 This is my blog, after all.
