The Cocktail Diaries: Easiest Palomas Ever!

by Rebekahcooked up on April 16, 2016

You guys, it is FINALLY SPRING! !! !!! Was that enough exclamation marks?

We have been spending so much time outside, and I love it. We have hikes planned and have done so much in our yard and garden. My baby radishes are getting big enough to eat. I’m days away from my first rose blooming. My hydrangeas are HUGE. I can’t wait for them to explode into blooms.

Now since we’ve done all that work, I am ready to show off our yard with some outdoor celebrations. I haven’t scheduled any yet, but I am planning the drinks. Because duh.

Easy IZZE Palomas | PDXfoodlove

This month I’m excited to partner with IZZE to make one of my favorite drinks: The Paloma! There is just nothing more refreshing for your outdoor barbecue, festival and other party needs. Many recipes call for grapefruit juice and soda water, but I think you get a punchier flavor from just using sparkling grapefruit juice! And that’s one fewer step between you and a delicious cocktail.

As long as you pick up some tequila, lime juice, IZZE sparkling grapefruit, simple syrup and fresh mint, you’ll be all set.
