We’re having a themed week here at chez pdxfoodlove, because last weekend we picked 17 lbs. of fresh, delicious local apples and it’s time to figure out what to do with them all!

Therefore, Dave and I offically dub the next five days to be Apple Week. We will try to do traditional things well, and experiment with some nontraditional stuff. Mostly, we will try to use up our 17 lbs. of apples in the most enjoyable way possible.

Check back tomorrow for the first day of Apple Week.
