Happy Friday, everyone! I am very happy today because Dave is getting back from a long weekend in New York in just a few short hours. I’ve worked hard to get a few extra hours in at the office this week so I can be home a little early.
So, this isn’t as much a recipe as it is a sandwich idea, and I wanted to share it because who doesn’t love an excellent sandwich? It’s been a very busy week for me, with work being pretty intense and some fun after-work blog activities as well, so there have been many sandwiches and low-demand lunch foods.

I recommend mixing the mayo and pesto together to make one scrumptious spread.
