Portland, Oregon has a vibrant and diverse dining scene, with many restaurants offering unique and memorable atmospheres. In fact, I can even say that without these influences in my life, I probably wouldn’t have turned my own hand to cooking – with this said, my entire blog may not exist without some of these influential, atmospheric PDX restaurants! Of course, I should also add that these restaurants are also equally as delicious in taste as well which goes without saying.

In my opinion, some of the best restaurants in Portland for atmosphere include:

4. Jake’s Famous Crawfish – A historic, landmark seafood restaurant with a classic and elegant atmosphere, featuring a menu of fresh and sustainably-sourced seafood.
5. Nostrana – An authentic Italian restaurant with a warm and rustic atmosphere, featuring a menu of seasonal, hand-crafted cuisine and an extensive wine list.
6. The Bye and Bye – A popular and laid-back vegan bar with a fun and funky atmosphere, featuring a menu of plant-based cocktails and cuisine.
7. Bar Casa Vale – A chic and stylish bar with a lively and upbeat atmosphere, featuring a menu of Mexican-inspired cocktails and small plates.
