Portland, Oregon has some of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the country. While I may be a little biased with that opinion, I also truly believe it. Perhaps this is due to the Vietnamese community here, or the food truck culture…I’m not really sure. Nonetheless, it’s still something I firmly stand by.
