Footage shows INCREDIBLE line due to Sheetz gas prices
It’s no secret that Sheetz did a massive discount on their gas prices on July 4th for Independence Day. Here, they cut prices to $1.77 per gallon which would undoubtedly mean the cheapest price for gas that you’d encounter for the entire year.
However, Pittsburgh residents took this sale to the extreme, which ended up with an absolutely incredible line that lasted for miles. In the video below, the queue literally went on for over one minute of solid driving, and there were hundreds of cars waiting patiently for cheap gas.
Now, it’s understandable to want a bargain – but still, it doesn’t really make sense to be sat in your car for hours on end on a public holiday. Even with the savings on offer, this isn’t exactly our idea of fun.
And there in lies the point. Instead of enjoying the day off with their family and having a nice time, people waited like machines to get cheap gas. While it’s their own decision and is harmless enough, surely there’s more to life than this?
