Is this Tampa’s TRASHIEST car? Neon vehicle lights up roads – Quite literally
If you’ve driven around Tampa lately then you may have spotted a certain car on the roads. In fact, if it’s within a few hundred meters then it would be almost impossible not to notice the car in question. This is because it’s lit up like a Christmas tree and is kitted out with neon LED lights. This even includes four large green poles that are attached to the spoiler. Typically, this car is often seen in the early hours driving around the Tampa streets.
The video below shows the car in all of its glory and does more to describe it than words ever could. Now, despite this car being described as ‘trashy‘ by some, it turns out that the driver is actually meant to be a really nice guy and is a staple of the Tampa community.
Also known as ‘Speedy‘, the driver is apparently a local delivery driver who delivers food on apps such as Doordash. And this is his mode of transport. It’s actually a pretty smart idea if you think about it, as if he delivers to a dark street then customers can easily recognize him.
His reputation doesn’t end there. According to one resident, he’s also very charitable as they said: “I saw him helping a stranded driver. He’s the hero we need.” If nothing else, this shows us to never judge a book by its cover and that despite the car looking incredibly flamboyant, the driver is actually a kind, helpful soul.
Speedy is indeed a great person . I meet him when he had a crown vic (retired police car ) and was a part of our club . And even though he no longer has that car he is always welcome to join us

I’m good friends with him.. he’s a nut job and he’s a bit of a squirrel but we love that guy!!
