March to ‘Take Back Seattle City’ organized after Eina Kwon death
A few days ago, the city of Seattle was rocked by one of the most shocking crimes in its history. Here, resident Eina Kwon was fatally shot in a Belltown restaurant. So far, the news claims that this attack was completely unprovoked and has resulted in a family now missing their mother. To make matters worse, Kwon was also pregnant, which meant that her unborn baby was also murdered. Since then, the Seattle community has unsurprisingly been outraged.
As a result, a recent flyer has done the rounds which has organized a march through the city of Seattle. The flyer in question can be seen below:
It reads as follows: “March to take back the city – Eina Kwon and her unborn child were murdered in broad daylight on Tuesday 13th on 4th and Lenora in Seattle. This was bound to happen – the women who have been robbed, assaulted were the handwriting on the wall. Join us on Saturday to mourn the loss of two innocent lives and demand change.”
The march is scheduled on June 17th at 10:45 AM on 4th and Lenora and already, many have claimed to be attending. However, not everyone is behind the march, and some have claimed that it could potentially lead to further violence and raised tensions.
