NOPD Hunt this man – His Mugshot says it all
During Pride week, a man allegedly stole two flags from a local business. They say not to judge a book by its cover – but this headshot says more than a thousand words and has similarities with The Jokers ‘Arthur Fleck’ and his 1000 yard stare.
The suspect is named as David Klump and New Orleans locals have been urged to call 504-658-6020 if they have any information regarding his whereabouts. Although his mugshot has been the source of many jokes due to his deranged look, there is a deviant side to Klump which has been revealed by his social media. This is because he recently wrote one post claiming that he’d “Sprayed DDT and toxins” around a fire hydrant used by other dogs and said “Good luck with the hives and tumors your dog will get.”
When you take into account this quote, alongside the above picture of Klump standing above a dog statue, this only adds more context that this man is unstable and could be a threat to humans as well as canines. It’s not just Facebook where his crazy rants occurred either, as the same message was seen on a pole near his house.
As mentioned, with all jokes aside – this man needs interrogating and may be mentally unstable. When looking at the above evidence, combined with his mugshot – you can’t help but think that he could be very close to doing something very dangerous at some point.
