Recently, a truck has been spotted around Oakland which is filled with soft toys. This is an old Chevrolet that has caught people’s attention for obvious reasons. And, if you have a quick look at the image below – then you’ll see why this is.

In total, there may have been over 100 soft toys in the back (and sides) of the truck, while it also featured various gnomes and Barbie dolls on the back footrest. Taking pride was a large teddy bear that filled up the majority of the storage space but sadly, like most of the other soft toys (and the truck for that matter), it was tatty and looked worn.

This prompted lots of jokes from social media, with one person saying “Got some Teddy Issues for sure. Red flag bro!” while another added, “How nature says “don’t touch.” Not everyone saw its comical side though, as some claimed that it shouldn’t have been legal. In fairness, there is a serious safety point to be made here.

Firstly, the soft toys block the view from the back of the truck. Although this isn’t major, it’s still not necessary. Secondly, if one of the bigger teddies flew off at speed, then this could obstruct the vision of other drivers.

Irrespective of this – it’s fair to say that this driver is one of the weirdest in the area and if you see him around Oakland, you won’t forget him anytime soon.
