Baltimore now has a new Dim Sum spot that recently opened over the weekend. This specializes in Szechuan and has Chinese classics, from bao buns and bamboo fish to pork ribs – so it’s no wonder that locals have given the restaurant high praise in such a short space of time.

As seen below, they also do bubble tea which has quickly swept across the USA as one of the nation’s favorite drinks. If you haven’t tried bubble tea yet then do it, you won’t regret it. Of course though, it’s the Dim Sum that everyone is talking about – which makes sense considering that’s its speciality.

Arguably, Baltimore could have always done with a few more Chinese restaurants, so with this in mind – Chang’s is a welcome addition to the local food scene. Speaking on social media, one delighted resident stated, “It finally happened! We’ve been waiting months for this day, haha. The bubble tea was really good and very big. We got a smattering of dishes across the different menu categories. The highlights for me were the Peter Chang Bamboo Fish, the Dry Fry Green Beans, and the Shanghai Style Zangzi with Pork.” while others were equally complimentary about the cuisine.

Peter Chang’s is open from 9AM-9PM on weekdays and 11AM-8PM on weekends.
