The home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a detatched garage, jacuzzi and swimming pool. However, even though it is clearly a family home, no pets are allowed – which may be a dealbreaker for some families.

The home is located less than 1 mile away from a very good elementary school (Forest Park), 3 miles from West Sylvan middle school (which also has a great reputation) and 6 miles from Lincoln high school.

The neighbourhood is great with each home having enough space to be very private, yet not isolated from the community. In other words, this is pretty much the best street in the entirity of Portland – especially when it comes to family homes.
