Located at 1140 SW Washington St, Portland, OR 97205, we found the most expensive studio apartment in the whole of Portland (to rent). This costs upwards of $2000 per month…which honestly isn’t too expensive considering we’re talking about premium living. Not only this, but it also comes with a number of luxuries that probably aren’t available with other studios – including a communal gym and outdoor swimming pool.

As you’d expect though, the main downside here is the floor space. At 499 square feet, there’s not much room aside from housing the basic necessities. However, if you have a furry friend then there is a positive, as it’s pet friendly.

It’s fair to say, the views aren’t bad!
