Even if you’re at a gas station, you may now notice a tip jar. This is why this particular San Francisco restaurant has received praise lately, as it is completely tip-free.

Specifically, we’re talking about Zazie which offers French cuisine. And, not only is this cuisine delicious, but it’s also won over many fans for being tip-free. In an image shared on social media, the bill reads, “Zazie is proud to be tip free! All of our prices include a living wage, revenue share, fully funded health insurance, and a 401K with employer match. No tips expected.” The bill can be seen below.

In short, this restaurant is a throwback to a bygone era, where sneaky surcharges aren’t added to your bill, and the restaurant actually takes full responsibility for paying its staff a decent wage. This didn’t go unnoticed either, with one San Francisco resident writing: “What a breath of fresh air in this city. Upfront pricing, zero hidden fees, tip included, revenue sharing, health insurance, and all the rest — on top of a really good brunch.”
