Transgender Anne Frank impersonator charged with murdering father in Portland home
In a shocking yet bizarre turn of events, a transgender Anne Frank impersonator has been arrested and charged for the murder of their father in Portland. Ex-drag Queen, Michael Horwitz was located and found in Virginia Beach after allegedly stabbing their father to death in Portland. It turns out that Horwitz was pretty active in the Portland LGBTQ+ scene and had even wrote for the Portland Mercury newspaper over the years. As seen below in one particular extract, Horwitz was even described as ‘Portland’s premiere Anne Frank impersonator’ – which tied into their Jewish heritage and former drag act.
Also known as ‘Norah’, Horwitz was said to have stabbed their father whilst at home during a frenzied rage and later left the city. Despite looking glamorous at times when performing as Norah, (seen below) – Horwitz looked worlds away in their mugshot which showed dead eyes, messy hair, and a jaded look. As a result, some even compared the mugshot to the famous comedian Carrot Top due to the striking resemblance.
Reacting online, locals were quick to point out that Horwitz did not represent the entire transgender community and that murders happen within all demographics. However, if the alleged crimes are true then it’s still a real tragedy regardless of the perpetrator’s gender identity.
