VERY Aggressive sign left for Trash Dumper – Says “Leave Montavilla” or else!
Yesterday, a very aggressive sign was left on the side of a dumpster located in Montavilla. This was because the dumpster was being used by people as a free trash can, despite clearly being placed on private property. As you can imagine as a business owner – this would be very annoying and would end up costing extra money in terms of waste disposal.
As a result, (we presume it was the owner of the dumpster) left an aggressive sign which read, “I know who you are, and when I catch you emptying a trash bin onto the ground I’m knocking you the hell out and leaving you for the truckstop – or leave Montavilla period.”
Despite the serious nature of the letter, locals were quick to point out the same thing. Specifically, they were very impressed with the font and calligraphy of the message, as there seemed to be a lot of detail that had gone into creating the sign. Here, multiple colors had been used, as well as a shadow effect on the text. Overall, it was more reminiscent of something you’d find in a kid’s art class, compared to an aggressive sign warding off delinquents.
All jokes aside however, this sort of stuff is wearing thin on PDX business owners. Just last month the popular music venue Turn! Turn! Turn! closed down due to vandalism and break-ins. So, with respect to the sign creator, we do genuinely feel for them.
