Weird graffiti appears across Savannah – And no one knows what it means
Yesterday, a spate of strange symbols had been graffitied across multiple homes across Savannah. This graffiti appeared on the plywood of newbuild D.R. Horton houses which hadn’t been completed yet, so it wasn’t as invasive as doing it on a fully built house.
Nonetheless, this image has been described as ‘creepy‘ by locals and brings up more questions than answers as to what it means. So far, internet sleuths have claimed that it is the act of Satanism, kids goofing around – and one person even claimed it was the ancient Greek God Pan, who is the god of the wild. In fairness, it could be any one of these things, if not something else completely different.
Now, before people get angry about this graffiti, the good news is that the vandal had some sort of conscience – as they only did it on plywood which is very easy to remove. This adds weight to the theory that it was carried out by teens, as opposed to serious street artists.
Savannah locals were quick to mock the poor attempt at graffiti however, and one claimed: “The homes have lesser magic attached to them now.” while another claimed that on a serious note, it may be more likely to be targeted by squatters as a result. If you have any information on the meaning of this strange symbol, then let us know in the comments.
