It’s not every day that someone offers to give away over 10 cars for free. However, today is one of those days. Located near Anchorage in Willow, one Alaskan is offering to give away over 10 cars. As is often the case with this sort of stuff, if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

In short, this isn’t a scam and they are free. The catch is that these cars are all scrap. This means that you’d have to tow them away, and many of them are without essential parts. Nonetheless, if you’re local or work as a mechanic, then this could act as a decent earner, provided that you have the knowledge and storage to make put these vehicles to work.

As mentioned, many of these aren’t in the best of shape. Still, you can often harvest these cars for parts and sell spares such as wing mirrors and windows of certain cars online for decent money.

The advert also reads, “10 plus vehicles for parts or scrap, some with keys and titles, some without. Free, you haul. There is more than what is pictured, there might be some salvageable lumber as well.” With this said, you really can’t go too far wrong – provided you have the right resources at your disposal. This just goes to show that sometimes, there are good deals around if you look hard enough.
